Ceiva Digital Photo Receiver (by Ceiva, $149.99)  This product is so great I keep having my friends over to check it out.  I've recommended that they each buy one for their house, their parents and their in-laws.  Talk about making a product that's easy to use.  I took a stash of digital images, uploaded them on the Ceiva site, plugged in my receiver to the phone jack and outlet and pressed a button on the back.  In a few minutes all my pictures appeared. Everyone who has visited has commented on both the look of the frame, and how pictures magically appear every few minutes.  I am able to upload new images daily and my family can upload pictures to my friends as well.  It's a great gift for non-technical people.  I'm buying one for my parents and in-laws, setting it up in advance so that on Christmas day they'll just have to plug it in and they'll have pictures of all their grandchildren!  I'm also getting them a year's subscription to the service which at $79.95 is relatively inexpensive.  If your stumped every year at what to by your parents - get them this - they will love it!.

ExactSet Photo Frame Clock with Indoor/Outdoor Thermometer (Oregon Scientific)  This is a great gift for a new grandparent.  They can show off  their favorite 4x6 grandchild photo while keeping track of the time and temperature. The unit shows indoor temperature,  calendar clock, and temperatures collected and transmitted by the remote unit. There's no wiring and it's radio controlled so they never have to worry about setting the time or date!  It also has an alarm! $ 59.95

It is perfect for parents and grandparents alike.  The book covers everything from pregnancy to finance.  It is loaded with valuable information, and it's graphics make it a fun and easy read.
