 Infants

Chicco Rainbow Hourglass:  Ages 6-18 months $6.99   Our little tester Abigail just loves this.  According to her mother "it is the perfect size to hold in her hand and all the moving parts keep her attention.  The ends of the toy are tactile, which seems to make chewing on the toy fun too!  Her older brother likes the toy too….so it is the perfect car seat toy.  It is hard plastic, so it can be cleaned easily (I even put it in the dishwasher)."

Mega Bloks - Tiny and Tough Construction:  Ages 1-5 $9.99 According to our tester these are great for ages 1-5 (and she included her 10 months old in the mix), 16 pieces make interchangeable trucks, trains, boats and cars. All pieces form and disconnect easily and the wheels run smoothly - no tough pulls to take apart on these!

cover Melody and Motion Activity Toy: (Baby Einstein) Our 3-month-old tester just loved this and so did his grandmother. The baby loved the sounds the beads make as the toy rotates and the grandmother loved the fact that it plays "Fur Elise" by Beethoven.  She said " it's construction is solid and it is a real music box!"  A real winner!  Ages 0+, $9.99.

Bath Puppets (Baby Einstein) Our 4-month-old tester just loved this and so did his mother.  Our tester is already a fan of the Baby Einstein videos so he really loved taking a bath with characters he knows.   They are soft and gentle on the skin and our mother loved watching her son giggle during tub time! Ages 0+, $9.98. Available at most major retailers.

Silly Sounds Stackers (Munchkin): This toy is ideal for babies aged six months plus; young babies would find it difficult to play with by themselves. This toy is very colorful and makes great scrunchy sounds, however the sounds of the toy are loud and could frighten a sensitive or younger baby. Ages 6 months and up, $9.99

Take Along Taggies (Taggies) $8.95  Our little 7-month-old tester just loved this taggie she loved the little fabric bits that hang off the felt.  Our mother of the tester really liked the triangle because she could attach it to the stroller, car seat, etc.
