Jiggerbug.com is a great service that teens and college kids would love.  Jiggerbug.com is an online audio book rental service, that gives you two ways of getting their extensive collection of best-selling audio book either via disc or – digitally!  What does that mean?  Your teenage grandson or granddaughter can get a book that they might need to read for school downloaded on the MP3.  They could listen to it while commuting, hanging out in the dorm room or driving around town.  We've tested this service using both CD's and downloads and it's great!  Although, thank goodness, our college days are behind us we really enjoyed having the opportunity to listen to books that we just don't have a chance to read.  It costs just $19.95 per month, but first time users can try the service for free for two weeks.  It's a great service, that we are addicted to now!  If you're not sure - try it yourself!

This is a great gift for not only the grandchildren in your life, but parents and grandparents.  Everyone seems to love this educational toy.  The globe features tons of learning activities including country capitals, currency conversion and national anthems. There's a time challenge that was particularly fun where you had to locate the state or the capital.  This is good for younger kids.  The SmartGlobe is the only learning globe on the market that can be updated using USB and information can be customized for three age groups.  Our testers ranging in age from 4 to 62 had a blast!
