Our Testing Procedures:
The Grandparent Magazine kid-tested program is the result of
a process that begins in February, at the American International Toy Fair in New
York City, where manufacturers show off their newest offerings for the holiday
season.
I, in turn, contact suppliers and encourage them to submit their best for
our testing program. Every year I receive hundreds of entries. Children at home
test the toys, at their grandparent’s home, or in a day-care or kindergarten
setting. The results are posted in this
gift guide.
