Materials needed

Balloon
bag of chocolate white/green/pink/chocolate

Instructions:

Empty bag of chocolate in microwave bowl. Melt Chocolate in microwave stirring every 2 minutes. Blow up balloon and tie the end in a knot. Holding onto the knot with one hand use a spoon and dip into chocolate and swirl it onto the bottom half of the balloon. If you use colored chocolate alternate the dip and swirl on the balloon. Place the balloon with the chocolate swirled bottom on wax paper and let dry. At least a couple of hours.

Pop the balloon and fill up the chocolate swirl basket with candy.

** NOTE:  Before making this with or for your grandchildren make sure they do not have a latex allergy.
