A Great Day with Grandparents at American Girl Place

American Girl Stores:  Your girl and her grandparent can spend a day filled with special surprises and entertainment. Reservations required. For girls ages 8 and up.

Atlanta:  September 9: 5:30 p.m.
The day includes a Bistro meal in the private dining room, a commemorative photo, plus other special activities and treats.

Celebrate National Grandparents Day with the whole family and spend the day, Sunday, September 9, at Flamingo Gardens & Wildlife Sanctuary open from 9:30-5:30. There is so much to enjoy, no matter what your age or interest, the 60-acre botanical garden, native animal and bird exhibits, a free flight aviary, birds of prey, live Wildlife Encounter Shows, tours of historic 1930s Wray Home and oldies by Gimme Sound DJS from 10-4. Grandparents are free with one paid admission. Admission for others is $17 for ages 12 and up, $8.50 for children 4-11, children under 4 are free. Studied by mathematicians since the 13th century, patterns have been discovered everywhere, but most notably in nature. Share this seemingly complex idea with your grandchild and astound them with its simplicity in this very unique story time.
