Celebrate National Grandparents Day with the whole family and spend the day,
Sunday, September 9, at Flamingo Gardens & Wildlife Sanctuary open from
9:30-5:30. There is so much to enjoy, no matter what your age or interest, the
60-acre botanical garden, native animal and bird exhibits, a free flight aviary,
birds of prey, live Wildlife Encounter Shows, tours of historic 1930s Wray Home
and oldies by Gimme Sound DJS from 10-4. Grandparents are free with one paid
admission. Admission for others is $17 for ages 12 and up, $8.50 for children
