Halloween Ghosts

Materials:

1 heavy duty white plastic spoon
black craft paint
fine paint brush
tootsie roll pops
orange curl ribbon.

Paint 2 black oval eyes and a black oval mouth(solid or just a black oval with open center)on the back of the spoon. Tie a tootsie roll pop in the bowl of the spoon with orange ribbon. Very cute and kids love them.
