Valentine's Day 

Peeps "I Love You" Bouquet

Ingredients:

Marshmallow Peeps Strawberry Creme and Vanilla Creme Hearts
Bittersweet chocolate
Lollipop sticks
Red ribbon

 

Directions:

  1. Insert lollipop sticks into bottom of Marshmallow Peeps Hearts and freeze.

  2. Melt bittersweet chocolate in a double boiler over hot, not simmering, water. 

  3. Using a toothpick, dip a frozen Heart in the chocolate, swirling until covered. 

  4. Let excess drip off. 

  5. Place Heart on wax papered tray to dry. Go to next Peep.

  6. Once dry, place tray in refrigerator to harden. Decorate as desired.
