Little Tikes Grill n Glow Electronic BBQ (Little Tikes, ages 2 and up, $30-35.00)

Next time Granddad fires up the grill, so can your little one.  Our testers, a group of school children ages 2 and up just loved the sounds and lights of this realistic barbecue.  They had fun with the timer that ticks and dings - just like mom's!  The sizzling sounded pretty good too - even made some of the teachers hungry!  Our kids loved the make-believe hamburger, buns, and corn on the cob.  They enjoyed pretending they were having a real meal.  Don't forget the batteries - this takes 3AA.

Buzz Mailbox (by Little Tikes, ages 6 months - 3 years, $24.99)

Tested by a group of children ages 18 months to 3-years-old this toy was a big hit.  They love the bright colors, the spinning bee and the mail that they can put in the slot.  The older kids liked to pretend that it is the mailbox at their house.  The teacher raved about it, saying it was great to have a toy that the kids enjoyed so much.
